Oops, awfully sorry. George Goddard married Ann Hart at Compton on 26 December 1828, not 1808.
They had at least 11 children over a 20 year period with Ann being 43 when she had the youngest, Emily, in 1850, all born in Compton.
They were:
Caroline baptised 25 April 1830, died 4 Feb. 1835.
Elizabeth baptised 9 Sept. 1832.
James baptised 23 March 1834.
Mary Ann baptised 24 Jan. 1836.
William baptised 17 Dec. 1837 (Civil Reg. Dec. Qtr. 1837).
Martha baptised 1 March 1840 (Civil Reg. March Qtr. 1840).
George baptised 10 April, 1842 (Civil Reg. March Qtr. 1842).
Henry baptised 27 April, 1845 (Civil Reg. seems to be Dec. Qtr. 1845).
Alfred baptised 22 Oct. 1847 (Civil Reg. Dec. Qtr. 1847).
Eliza baptised 14 Feb. 1850 (Civil Reg. March Qtr. 1850)
Emily (can't find baptism) (Civil Reg. Dec. Qtr. 1850).
With regard to Elizabeth Cooper, I can't say with any certainty where she came from but there was an Elizabeth Cooper baptised in Compton on 17 July 1774 which would make her the right age for the marriage in 1795.
