I'm researching the Jewish Goldrings in Belfast. I understand brothers, Maurice, Jacob, Albert David, and Wilfred (possibly other siblings as well) emigrated to Belfast from around 1891 - 1900. They married in Belfast. Maurice and Wilfred married sisters Esther and Maragaret Sherlock. Family rumour has it that they were the daughter's of Maurice and Wilfred's sister Vella.
Jacob is listed on 1891 Census as lodging in London. He married Ethel Epstein in Liverpool in 1895 and is then listed in the 1901 census of Ireland with wife Ethel and two children, Bessie [Elizabeth] and Issac.
The brothers were born in the 1870s in Russian Poland. I assume this to be the Pale but have no idea were in Russian Poland they came from.
If anyone has any advice on how to find out any more information on where the family came from I'd appreciate the help.
