Since you gave no dates for the Garratt Goodloe you were asking about, then I would assume that it would be the (Henry) Garrett Goodloe of Franklin Co., NC, b. 1755 Caroline Co., VA d. 1801). He md. Ann Strother, daughter of Christoher & Ann Kemp Strother.
Henry Garrett Goodloe, son of Henry Goodloe & Frances Diana Kemp.
Henry Goodloe was the son of George Goodloe & Diana Minor.
George Goodloe was the son of Henry & Elizabeth Goodloe.
Henry was the son of George (the immigrant) & Mary Goodloe.
NOW.....Henry Garrett Goodloe had a son William Henry Goodloe b. 1778 Franklin Co., NC d. 1861 who md. abt. 1803 Elizabeth Mebane 1787-1859. They had a son also named GARRETT GOODLOE 1804-1862 who md. Rebecca Lee 1806-1858.
