Winfred Ezell Gosnell of Landrum, Greenville Co.,SC. Winfred Gosnell Landrum Winfred Ezell Gosnell, 72, of 131 Glassy Road, died Sept. 1, 2004, at Allen Bennett Hospital. A native of Greenville County, son of Lloyd Gosnell, of Landrum, and the late Alice Hughes Gosnell, he was a retired employee of Greenville County Road Department, was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict, and was a member of Glassy Mountain Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife, Naomi Pace Gosnell, of the home; three sons, Allen Gosnell, Larry Gosnell and Albert Gosnell, all of Landrum; a brother, Dennis Ray Gosnell, of Landrum; five sisters, Kiness Jordan, Elizabeth Waters, Martha Creamer and Jenny Bradwell, all of Greer, and Geraldine Gainey, of Bristol, Fla.; four grandchildren; and a great-grandson. Mr. Gosnell was predeceased by two sisters, Viola Bryant and Alice Faye Gosnell. Visitation will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. tonight at Wood Mortuary. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Glassy Mountain Baptist Church, conducted by the Rev. Wayne Bradley and the Rev. George Fell. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
