In 1970, we were through Steamboat Springs, CO and telephoned Mrs. H. W. Gossard, the widow of the corsete Gossard. We were not able to visit but as I recall learned by telephone that they had sold the company during the Depression and moved to Colorado. At that time, she had a son who was running for the state senate. When time permits, I intend to unearth my Gossard family materials and share.
