Margaret,
It is possible that your Susanna is the daughter of Adam GOSSER/GASSERT and Catherine BOLLMAN. I have record of a daughter Susanna b. April 27, 1795 to them, and as you well know a year difference in the date could just be a mistake in copying info somewhere along the line. I have two different dates for Adam and Catherine's marriage also. Adam lived in Heidelberg twp Dauphin in which Schaefferstown was originally located. I have a deed from 1801 stating that as his residence. The only other information I have about Susanna is that she was baptised at Trinity Tulpehocken Church which is now located in Myerstown, Pa. Adam is also listed as having a female iin his home age 16-26 for the 1800 census in Heidelberg. I would be interested in knowing more about Susanna if you think we might have a match. If it is then I have more info about Adam and his parents. Hope this helps.
