George William Gozzard came to Canada aat the age of 17 in 1928
He was from Cheffield. Born on Mushroom Lane.
I might get confused here.
I think his mother was Kate( Hill ) madian name.
George , at the age of 17 had to choose between Australia or Canada. He picked Canada, he came by boat. There was work, this is why he came to Canada at this young age, on his own,.
Could you help with this bit of info.
