The pre-1790 Colonial Census lists Jeremiah Green, son of Wm Green Sr and Joanna Reeder, as living in Trenton Township in 1741.
However, Felcone's book of early deeds in Ewing does not mention him. Odd. Does anyone know where in this area he lived before moving his family (Joanna Hunt, son Richard, maybe Mary and Joanna were also born by that point) to the Jersey Settlement in North Carolina? Does anyone know if he owned land up here in Ewing? I suspect that since Jeremiah's wife Margaret was the daughter of John Hunt and Margaret Moore, Jeremiah and family might have lived a bit farther north.. around Pennington.
