In the minutes of White Co, TN is the recording of a lawsuit between one Lewis Shellhouse/Shelhouse and one Bolling Green. Bolling Green and his lawyer appeared at the appointed time, but the plaintiff did not, so they asked that the case be dismissed and asked for court and defense fees. Does anyone have any information about what the suit was about and who was this Bolling Green. Is he the Bowling Green born 1783-1786 in NC to a Nancy Green who died in 1842 in IL? Where these two men related? Any help her welcome.
