Evelyn,I was researching my ggrandfather Andrew Westey Walker. Found his family on1850 Sabine Parish census. James walker father b. 1823 Al. Mother Rebecca Walker b.1826 MS. Sons Westly,William Thomas and daughter Eliza C. M Walker. It appears that Rebecca had remarried by 1860. On 1860 Natchitoches Parish there is Richard Green 26, Rebecca Green 33 Wesly (Westely),William m, Thomas J, Eliza whom are all listed as Green but are Walkers. Also listed is Mary J ,Mary, Andrew J Green. On the 1870 census for DeSoto Parish Ward 4 there is Rebecca, Mary,Margaret,Jackson,Sarah,Amanda, and Elizabeth age 70 which I supposed was the mother of Richard. Don't know if Richard Died or what happen to him.My gggrandfather Westely was suppose to have been married to Irene or Rina Green. By 1883-84 he had married and had a daughter name Effie b.1884 and a son named Andrew Wesley b.1886 and his wife had left.I don't remember off hand where I got the Limestone Co. I will have to look back at the papers. These Walkers lived around Naborton, close to Mansfield. They donated the land for the Allen cemetery outthere and that is where my grandparents are buried. Would appreciate any help you can give me. Glad you answered my post. Delma
