Delma, I will be glad to help all I can. To explain some of who we think this James Walker is, I will give you some of Rob Walker's work. Go to message #13846, Walker board.I have all the census of Green and walker. Researched for my Aunt who is 93 and wanted to know more about her Green family. We don't know who Richard's father was. Some of the family in Sabine Parrish contributed what they know. But the generation, I should have questioned more from are now gone. This is where I was born but now live in Texas. There is another Rob Walker on that genforum, but the one that posted that message hasn't posted anything after. Rebecca is said to be a cutright, shilling but the closest family still living said Murry. I will try your Email to give you more personal info, but would like to communicate on this forum and walker so someone who has more info will come forward. Ask me what you need to know and if I have that info I will give it to you. I have Rob's work, unfortunately I'm not real good on computer but will be glad to mail copies unless I can figure out how to do so on computer.
