Thanks for the reply. I have very little information on the GREEN family. My grandmother died when my mother was only 7 so she doesn't have much information about her. I sent for her Death Certificate which showed her date of birth as July 15, 1895 in Syracuse. She died April 13, 1932 in Minden, Montgomery, NY and is buried in Fort Plain, Montgomery, NY. The Death Cerficate lists her parents as Joseph K. GREEN born in Mohawk, NY and Alice BAILEY born in Syracuse, NY.
I have not been able to locate them in any census or Onondaga County cemeteries, etc. I have no idea if they moved from the area or not.
My COOK line goes back to Henry COOK who was born in England, was married and died in Salem, MA. My COOKS migrated from MA to CT, then to northern PA, and into NY.
