I recently came accross the will of Edmond Greenleaf, proved 1671 while doing research on the Winslow family. In it he mentions grandaughter Sarah Winslow. Since none of his daughters married a Winslow , I am somewhat puzzled. Edmond married a widow Hill 2nd. At the end of his will he mentions her sons and how he cared for his wifes granddaughter. I tend to think that Sarah Winslow was a Hill who married a Winslow. But which one? It was not one of the 5 Winslow brothers as far as I can see, unless it was a son maybe of Gilbert Winslow of Portsmouth. Can anyone shed any light on this.
