In the 1790 Va. Reconstructed Census (reprint by Southern Historical Pres)

pg. 97 Enoch & Richard GULLEY/GULLY are listed as residents taxed in 1785 ORANGE Co.

The GULLEY/GULLY families did end up in the Madison/Mercer Counties of KY by 1800s. They are related through the TITUS Lines there. Thomas GULLEY/GILLES etc. on the Madison/Mercer Co. Tax Lists since 1780s. Later, Richard & John & Thomas Gully/Gill/Giles/Gulley etc. on various tax/census/court orders in that area of Ky. through mid-1800s.
