I suspect your John Henry Haas had the following children: Johan Valentin Haas b. 1740; Johann Henrich Haas b. 1741(your Henry Jr.); Elisabeth M. Haas b. abt 1743;Anna E.Haas b 1748; Maria Haas b abt 1749-50 and Hieronymus Haas, b 10/27/1750. Most of this is from Vol I of "Pennsylvania German Church Records...", published by the Genealogical Publishing Co., Baltimore, 1983;pp 360, 377, 460, 470, 472, & 473. The LDS Family Search has film on Hieronymus Haas.
I'm researching one Anna Elisabeth Haas, widow, who married a Philip Arnold, and went on to have several more children by him. I'd like to believe that she's the widow of your John Henry, but the dates of the second group of children make it questionable.(births in 1770 through 1785)Hope that this helps you though.
