"James Eugene Haberman, Rupp Construction Co. employee, died unexpectedly at his home in Fulda March 9, 1974. He was 59 years of age.
Mr. Haberman was born in Jackson county and received his education there. On June 9, 1938, he married Florence Demuth at Woodstock, Minn.
In 1954 the family moved to Fulda where he was employed at the locker plant. He was a member of St. Gabriel's Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus.
Survivors include his wife and four children: Darwin, Albert Lea, Minn.; Marlene, Mrs. Roger Frank, Mound, Minn.; Robert and Edwin, Fulda. His mother, Mrs. Anna Haberman, Fulda, also survives.
Funeral services were conducted on Tuesday, March 12, 1974, from St. Gabriel's Catholic Church in Fulda. Rev. Donald Olson oficiated. Pall bearers were Emory Beckman, William Sanow, Harold Goettig, Raymond Heger, Ervin Smith and Carl Paplow. Interment was in St. Gabriel's cemetery, Fulda.
Arrangements were by the Hustad Funeral Home in Fulda."
