Thank you so much for contacting me. Dr Paul Hackett lived here in Springfield, MO., from time to time while going to Drury and on furlough. I discovered him in old newspaper articles while doing research for an article about the history of the church that I attend. Just the other day I found a 1919 article about him conducting a "stereo-opticon" program about Burma for our church. I thought he was very interesting and I was hoping to find more photos of him, etc. someone should write a bio of him. Anyone who has 4 sons who became M.D.s had to be very special. I discovered his son who is a retired doctor here in Springfield. He keeps busy with his farm and selling produce at the farmer's market. I was really hoping to find old photos of Dr Hackett at our church away back when...would you know of any? I would love to know anything that you know about Dr Paul Hackett. Please stay in touch. I have tried to find out more about his ancesters, without much success. His father was a minister in a small nearby town. I wish that I could tell you more. If only there were better records. Brian
