James Hanlin - Margaret Ann Leibee

Desperately seeking info on James Hanlin and his wife Margaret Ann Leibee.
They resided in Grinnell,Iowa at least from 1876 - 1886 when they moved to Chicago, Illinois.
They had 2 children Merton and Lula.
Lula died in her 20's and Margaret (her Mother) had a stroke at the funeral and died the same week.
Merton was a child of a second marriage but it is unknown if it was James second marriage or Margarets or both.
James was a Captain in the Civil War. I find some reference to him (I think) serving in Iowas' 3rd calvalry, posssibly Company A.
Any info appreciated!!
