Looking for Mr. & Mrs. Hannan/Hannon/Hanan, both b. Ireland & arrived Manhattan, NY ca 1840. [Possibly John Hannan who might have been a shoemaker] They had one daughter that I know of - Mary Ellen b. 1847 Manhattan, NY. Mary, my g-gmother, grew up in Manhattan and married in 1866 at the Attorney Street Church, NY. Mary & her husband lived in NY, MO & MI during the years prior to 1900, and then they moved to CT where they lived until Geo, Mary's husband, died in 1913. Mary moved to Los Angeles, CA in 1913 where she died in 1931. She is buried at the Inglewood Cemetery, Los Angeles County. Mary's children's names are William Mansfield, Sarah Elizabeth, Harriett [Hattie] Cordelia, Byron George, Edward Floyd, Irene A., Julia, Ella Amelia,and Emma.
