Lynn; In the 1850 census of Switzerland County, Indiana, one of my ancestors, David McGee, had a young man named Michael Harrigan, 12 years old, living with him. The McGees later went to Boone County and it would not have been too surprising had young Michael done the same. He was listed as being from Ireland. Hope this helps. If you know anything about from whence he came in Ireland, I would be glad to know. Bill
