Has anyone determined if my surname Harwick came directly from Harvick? I thought I had traced my ancestry to Jacob Harwick of Fulton County Illinois. Going back from there I traced ancestry to Johannes Harwick and wife Anna Maria who arrived in Philadelphia on The Johnson Galley, September 18, 1732, with three sons, Paulus, Nicollus, and Jacob.
