Sherrie, by now you know you have some errors. Robert Haseltine m. Ann 23 Oct 1639, at Rowley, so she obviously as not born Jan 2, 1640/1. This was Robert and Ann's daughter Ann, a sister to David who did marry Mary Jewett. David's daughter Ann m. Wm. Stickney. You have inverted the last 2 digets on Robert's death year, which is 1674... I do have a transcription of his will. I am desc. from John.
