Looking for information on the family of John Healey (1848 Scotland - 1920 Toronto) and his wife Charlotte Katen (1851 Germany - 1927 Pasadena California). Their children were:
Sophia Healey, born 1873 Toronto, Ontario, married Edward Honan Randall and lived Toronto.
John William Healey, born 1875 Toronto.
George Healey, born 1878 Toronto.
Louis Healey, born 1881 Toronto.
Maude Healey, born 1882 Toronto, married Shaw, lived in Pasadena California.
Frederick "Fred" Healey, born 1885 Toronto, married, daughter Velma.
Sarah Healey, born 1888 Toronto, married (1) Copeland of Toronto, (2) McClelland of Orangeville, Wellington, Ontario.
Elizabeth "Lillie" Healey, born 1890 Toronto, married Price, lived Pasadena California.
Edward James Healey, born 1893 Toronto, married and had a family in Toronto.
Charlotte Katen Healey was the youngest sister of Mary Katen French 1847-1940, who is my relative. There were eight children, two Verning and six Katen (Katten, Keating, Carter, Caton, Catton, Kaiting, etc.) children who came to the Dundas/Galt area in 1853. The father was killed bushwhacking and the children were scattered. See this memoire about Mary Katen French to get some of the flavour, this is what I'm trying to verify:
