The death record you refer to is Jun 1875 Bristol 6a 39.
William was aged 86 so this gives him a birth year of 1789 and yes, there is one. There are 3 IGI records appearing to relate to the same William Heaven, one giving his birth as 2nd September 1789, the second giving both birth and christening on 20th November at The Tabernacle Calvanistic Methodist at Wotton-under-edge, and a rather confusing third giving a christening of the same date at a Non-conformist Church in Dursley!
It's inevitable who the parents were - yes, good old William and Ann!
All yours! If I had to make a guess, I suspect it's William and Ann Milman who married at Kingswood, and who had already had a William in 1787 who died in infancy.
