I believe that I saw in a previous post of yours that you stated that the brother of John I (Charles/St. Mary's Co., MD)was Daniel. Is this speculation because Daniel lived across the Potomac River from John in the Westmoreland Co. VA area? Is there a source that leads one to believe that John and Daniel were brothers? I have heard the story of three Higdon brothers coming to the New World but I have never seen a source that stated this as a verifiable fact. I hope that you can provide some information in this area.
