Can anyone give me information on this family?
Melvin T. Hilton was born on February 8, 1875, in Stone County, Missouri. He married Dora Neill Gibson, in, probably, 1895.
Children of Melvin Hilton and Dora Gibson are:
Catherine Hilton, born 1896
Jesse Hilton, born 1898
Lethe Hilton, born 1900
Eli Hilton, born 1892
Gladys Hilton, born 1894
Edna Hilton, born 1896
Isaac Hilton, born 1909
The dates for the chidren's birth are taken from the 1910 U. S. Census. The family was in Grant Township, Stone County, Missouri. Melvin was listed as thirty five years old, "Farm Laborer," "Working Out". Dora was thirty six and listed her parents as born in Tennessee. Also, residing in Pierce Township, Stone County, at the time was John W. Hilton, 59, born in Virginia, and his wife, Tennessee Hilton.
