Can anyone identify this Andrew HIlton?

May 15, 1766 - The Charles County, Md. Inventory of Andrew Hilton.
Appraisers: Thomas Dent, Hatch Dent (value 11/19/0.)
Next-of-kin: John Hilton, Samuel Hilton.
Administrator: Samuel Harson [sic; Hanson], filed the inventory on May 15, 1766.
Source: Skinner, V. L., Jr., Abstracts of the Inventories of the Prerogative Court of Maryland, 1763-1766, p. 104.

Is this the same man whose son Trueman Hilton was baptized in 1753?

I'm wondering if Trueman Hilton, baptized 1753, was an adult or at least 14+ son of Andrew and Judith (--?--) Hilton. It's unusal if both Andrew Sr and Andrew Jr had wives named Judith.
Thanks,
Kathy
