I have a Bridget Bones who married Patrick Hoban in Ballyhaunis area, County Mayo. They had eight children - Thomas (dob 1838), Bridget (dob about 1841), John Edward, Pat, Margaret, Mary, Michael and James. Many of these children and/or their offspring migrated to the U.S.A. Bridget Hoban married Michael Morley in New York in the 1860's. They moved to Minneapolis where they raised their family. Bridget died in 1915.

Do you see any connection to your grandfather Edward Hoban, who lived in New York, then moved to Minneapolis area? I do not see an Edward Hoban in my chart, nor Mary Asta.

We have not found a verified link to the White House architect James Hoban of Carlow, Ireland. Is the research your grandfather funded available for reading anywhere?
