Hi.
My name is William John Holden,born, Tullow, Carlow, Eire 1949. My parents were John Holden and Ellen Holden nee Callaghan,they married in 1943 and raised 5 children.
My grandparents were John Holden and Bridget Holden nee Berney.My grandparents had 10 children. I know that my grandfather was born in 1870 and also had at least one sister,unfortunately,I have no other information relating to him,less that he died at his sisters house on 4th Sept 1947.
My grandmother gave birth to her last child in 1926 and is believed to have died on the 3rd July 1927,after 10 children and all that entails its no wonder she died twenty years before my grandfather.
It would be nice to learn more about my grandparents respective families as we know nothing.
