The WWI Draft Registration for "Hommer" Holland in Cullman County Alabama lists his birthplace as "Harrolson" County Georgia. Based on that the following is a possibility.

Georgia Marriages: Haralson County
Samuel Holland m. Annie Reid 8/2/1885 by V.R. Davis J.P., Book B Page 199

1880 Georgia, Carroll County, District 649, ED#47, Page 34B, 6/15/1880:
Radomanthus Holland, 52yo, Farmer, SC SC SC

1870 Georgia, Carroll County, P.O. Carrollton, Page 196B, 7/20/1870:
Radamanth* Holland, 43yo, Millwright, SC
Martha, 35yo, Keeping House, GA
Joseph, 15yo, Works on Farm, GA
Samuel, 2yo, GA
*Indexed as Radamanth M., however it is actual "us" written above the "th" of the name simply because they ran out of room on the form.

Must be tired because I'm drawing a blank on finding the family on the 1860 census.

1850 Georgia, Chattooga County, Summerville, Page 355, 8/26/1850:
Thomas Holland, 60yo, Minister Bapt., SC
Elizabeth, 53yo, SC
Radamanthus, 21yo, Laborer, SC
Harriett, 18yo, SC
Hezekiah W., 16yo, Laborer, SC
Ada A.H., 13yo, SC

There is a posted online family tree with a lot of family info that shows parents to Hezekiah Woodward Holland as Thomas/Elizabeth Cochran. Always try to get your own verifying documentation as posted trees are notoriously inaccurate.
