Henry Hollenbeck had two sisters that also ended up in St. Louis.
One, Francisca married Bernard Casper Dickhaus/hans in 1855.
The other, Mary, married John Hannebrink in 1856.
All the families lived in the 3500 block of N. 23rd Street in St. Louis from about 1890 to 1900 or longer.
There was always a story that someone in the family went "West", how "West" I don't know. I also don't know if it was a brother or a sister.
As for the spelling I have no idea of what is was in the old country.
Henry's male children's names in order of birth:
John, Henry, Herman, Edward and Caspar.
Mary Hannebrink named her two sons: Bernard and Caspar.
Francis Dickhaus named her sons: Anton and John.
I have sent for the death records of a Joseph and a Marie/a Hollenbeck that died in St. Louis in the 1860's. I will post their info when I recieve it.
Judy Cobin, Norwalk, Connecticut
