I know there have been many connections, in many areas,
between Hollenbecks/bachs/etc. and Van Duzer / Dusen /
Deursen, but I have not been able to connect my 2 folks.
I have:

Robert Van Duzer m. Maria Hollenbeck. Their son Nicholas
Van Duzer married Maria Ellen Everett in Luzerne Co., PA.

Details:

1. Nicholas Hollenbeck, b. 1790, NY m. (unk.)

2. Maria Hollenbeck, dau. of Nicholas, b. 1811, NY
m. Robert Van Duzer, b. 1812, NY, d. 1850
(Robert's father: Nicholas Van Duzer - no more info)

3. Nicholas Van Duzer, son of Maria Hollenbeck & Robert Van Duzer:
b. 4 November 1837, Slocum Hollow (now Scranton), Luzerne CO., PA
m. Maria Ellen Everett
(b. 1 June 1843, Parsons, Luzerne Co., PA
m. 16 or 18 August 1861 to Nicholas Van Duzer
d. 25 April 1923)
d. 3 March 1881, Scranton, PA

The Van Duzer line connects to our Walter(s) line in
Lackawanna Co., PA.
