In response to: Seeking additional info on the following Civil War Ancestors:
Among others, information was requested about:
George Hollenbeck, Union Sharpshooters 1st Regiment, Michigan Sharpshooters

Enrolled September 10th, 1864 in Co. H, First Regiment Michigan Sharpshooters.
Discharged at Delaney House, District of Columbia, on June 3, 1865.
Made application for pension July 28, 1890.
Wife, Dora receiving pension of $30 per month until her death in 1921.

Some additional information:
George W. Hollenbeck, b. 17 June 1841 in NY; d. 23 Feb 1913 in Lakeview, MI; m. Madora (Dora) E. Middleton, Jun 1888 in Lakeview, MI.

He is a brother of my g-grandfather.
