Hi,
I'm trying to help a relative research her father's family. Here's what I know:
CHARLES WOOD, b. about 1900, in Nashville, Tn. was the son of CHARLES B. WOOD and CATHERINE HOLLORAN/HALLORAN, daughter of JOHN HOLLORAN/HALLORAN. Records regarding JOHN HOLLORAN/HALLORAN'S wife are not clear as to her name. The name GARRITY appears, but it is not quite clear as to whether this was her last name or the name of a witness/sponsor. In the family, it was often said that CHARLES WOOD's, b. about 1900, middle name was MADDEN.
Do you recognize any of these names?
