Alfred Jackson Williams, grandson of William Williams and Lucy Horton Williams of Kershaw District, SC, married Elizabeth Rebecca Ussery, daughter of Samuel Ussery and Mary Hollingsworth Truesdale. Mary Hollingsworth Truesdale was Samuel Ussery's second wife. Samuel and Mary had another daughter, Cynthia Ussery, who married John Fletcher Horton, son of Ivy Horton.
When Samuel Ussery died in Lancaster District, SC in 1818, Mary Hollingsworth Truedale Ussery married Eli Williams, son of William Williams and Lucy Horton Williams.
Eli and Mary Truesdale Williams moved west, eventually landing in Elmore Co., AL. Mary's daughter from her first marriage, Cynthia Ussery Horton, and son-inlaw John Fletcher Horton, moved with them. Do not know for sure where Mary's daughter, Elizabeth Rebecca Ussery Williams, and her son-inlaw Alfred Jackson Williams ended up.
