The document is a record of a General Court Baron of the Manor of Broadwater, Sussex. It concerns property of Henry NORTON which passed under his Will to his niece Ann Baker, the wife of William Baker. Ann Baker died in 1851 and the property is passing in equal 1/7th shares to the children:
