No, the census does not give you that information. It is only a "snapshot" of where the family is at that moment in time. The census is taken every 10 years. The census taker asked the head of household where he was born and where his parents were born. The census taker does not ask the names of his parents. The census taker also asks the same questions of the spouse. Since you know Ina was born in Pennsylvania, you need to look in Pennsylvania records for a family that had a daughter named Ina who was born in that year. The same goes for John. You need to look in Ohio records for his family.

Since you know the family lived in Iosco, Michigan, you need to check the records of Iosco to see if (and when) they died there.

You may need to go to a library that has census records to find these answers. Good luck!
