David....Thanks...to you and Betty! I now remember the Poindexter cemetery located off the Columbiana-Chelsea road. I'd not been there in years and had forgotten the name. As I recall it's quite small and almost hidden from any main road. I'll make sure to visit the cemetery on my next trip to Alabama. Just this morning I have traced back from IPO through Ira J., Hardy J., John IV, and Amos, Sr. to Daniel Horton and Martha Timms----so I guess I'm on the same track... It's amazing that I only started this Horton journey yesterday. My grandmother Lizzie Horton Blalock who died in 1955 would be so proud of me. (you and Betty can take the credit) I have many fond memories of her! and now the Horton lineage makes it even more special. Regards ...John
