Believe you have his name wrong -

Who you are looking for is:

Horton, Radiker L. 1835 -1902
Co K 18th N.Y. Cav, C.W.
[buried at Cedar Grove Cemetery, Jefferson Co., N.Y.- in village of Chaumont

Horton, Lorinda A. 1849-1913 [ is also buried with him]

Can't help you with her name - but you need to look in Jefferson Co for the marriage about 1858-59

Radiker being a son of Jacob R. Horton d 28 May 1876 - 66 yrs 7 M 6 D - buried at Point Salubrious Cemetery, Jefferson Co., N.Y. and
Polly (Inman) Horton d 29 AUg 1879 - 67 yrs

Jacob being a son of Henry Horton and Abigail Cook(e) - early settlers of Jefferson Co., N.Y.

Census:
1850 Jefferson Co., N.Y. Lyme Aug 8 (166)
521/521 Jacob R. Horton 45 Farmer 1000 NY
Polly 41
Rachel 18
Ruiselaw 16 (f) Laborer
Henry 14
Sarah 12
George 10
James 8
Mary 6
[he is listed as female - but as a laborer he had to be a male since they are the only workers in 1850 besides teachers]
1860 Jefferson Co., N.Y. Brownville Jul 16 (775) Limerick P.O.
615/615 Rediker Horton 26 Farmer /50 NY
Lorinda 21

1870 Jefferson Co., N.Y. Lyme (486) Chaumont P.O. Jul 19
302/302 Horton, Jacob R. 60 Farmer 3000/600 NY
Polly 49 Keep House
Isabelle 18
303/303 Horton, Radicar J. 36 Work on Farm /100 NY
Lorinda 32 Keep House
Luna 9
Edmond 8

The 1850 census os free at the Search Pilot at the LDS site- along with some other very useful links - some of the census are free and others are from Footnote a paid site they have linked-

Next time it helps if you list where you located them on a census - that would give a head start on someone looking to verify the data-

Hope it helps,
Betty
