Help! I have lost information that ties up loose connections between the Howles and Morgans with my Brooks family.
I know that Thomas Howle, Jr. (about 1860-1940) married Margaret Brooks (1858-1939) and that Martha Elizabeth Morgan (about 1841-1914)married William Brooks (1856-1920s), and brother of Margaret Brooks Howle.
I thought that Thomas Howle was related to Martha Elizabeth Morgan, but now I can recall the connection.
Lastly, Betty Brooks (sister of William and Margaret Brooks) married Pleasant Davis Thurmond and I believe that somehow the Thurmonds are inconnected with the Howles and the Morgans. If anyone can help me put things straight I'd be ever so grateful.
For what it's work, Margaret Brooks and Thomas Howle had four children, David, Frances, Charles and Ella.
Martha Elizabeth Morgan and William Brooks had one son, Claude Rowland Brooks.
Betty Brooks and Pleasant Davis Thurmond had one son, Brooks Thurmond. Betty Brooks Thurmond died before 1893 and P.D. Thurmond married Betty Dorn and had two more sons.
