This is an update on the Howle Y-DNA Project. We currently have 12 Howles who have joined the project and had their Y-DNA tested. Based on our traditional genealogy research, we had thought that all who spelled the name Howle were related.
However, the DNA results have shown that there are three separate Howle lines -- the Epaphroditus Howle line and the William Howle line in the USA, and what we call the Stoke on Trent line in England.
We need others from all of these lines to join the project and be tested. Please contact me if you are interested. FamilyTreeDNA has a special price until the end of June.
