Dear Gordon Bonnet,
I just read your comments on the genforum files and I
am very interested in these lines. I agree with you
that Elizabeth Gaither could not possible be the
daughter of John and Elizabeth (Duvall), but I
wondered if she wasn't the daughter of John and his
first wife, Jane Buck? I do not have any
documentation of this. Just speculation.
I also wonder where to look for the documentation of
Richard Ijams, b. ca 1670. These are new lines to me.
I am a descendent of his gggranddaughter Elizabeth
Iams who married George Smith. They are my
ggggrandparents on my mother's maternal side.
I am glad to share any information I might have. I do
try to document things so I would appreciate any
help/advice you might give. Thank you.
