Hey,
My Great-Grandfather was originally known as Salvatore Iaquinta. He moved from somewhere in southern italy to the US and later became known as Sam Jaquinta. I'm not aware of any other Iaquintas who became Jaquintas outside of my own family line. There are very few Jaquintas and I think I'm related to all the ones I know. :-)
