Hello All,
The Tampico Area Historical Society offers over 4000 pages of FREE historical & genealogical information. We cover parts of Whiteside & Bureau Counties, with particular interest in Tampico, Deer Grove/Hahnaman, Prophetstown and Hume Twp. in Whiteside Co., and Yorktown & Thomas in Bureau County. We have an interactive Message Board that is monitored daily. We hope you can "drop in" and see us sometime!
Whew! Another great month! For those of you who are local,
I do hope you were able to attend our annual Memorial Day
Cemetery Walk. I'll be uploading photos to the site soon.

Sharon Callaghan for their wonderful and entertaining
presentations.
I've spent most of the month uploading military photos. We
have this wonderful scrapbook with hundreds of photos and
mini bios on our local boys. Be sure to check out our
