I am looking for help finding info for James Payne (1823 OH) married to Evaline McCauley (McCalley, McCalla) (1827 OH), their children- Mary A, William A, Amaziah, Arthur, Alice and Emma.
Also John Payne (1830 OH) married to Eliza (Seigle)(1842 ILL), their children- America, Renjo, Ellis and Frank.
Both are listed in the 1850-1887 waterford census's.
I am always looking for anyone doing research on the Paynes in Fulton Co., especially Alexander H. Payne married to Juliette Cox Family. This is my direct grandfather and I have traced most all of his descendants to present and as many of the collatrel lines back as far as I could. I always share anything I have with anyone who asks. I have been collecting some old Payne photo's, alot of what I have was taken by McDonald Photographer in Lewistown. All are from Fulton County. I am looking for any Payne photo from that era (1850-1950)and I will e-mail a copy to anyone interested.
