Yipee! This is some of the info that I have found. Census in Montgomery County IL shows Coiner as the last name of Michel(census spelling), Margaret J., Albert, and Ambrose. This census as 1880 and showed the boys as 13 and 22. It also lists Michel's birthplace as Baden, Germany and Margaret's as New York. I find that Michael was naturalized @ 1832-1835 but haven't found the records. I have copies of documents and pictures that may be of help to you. Thanks for any help that you can give me.
