Hiram Cape married an Elvira Goins(Goin), lived in Hamilton county ILL, Elvira's mother was a Kizziah Epperson, married to Isaac Goins
still searching on the families and possible living descendants of Hiram and Elvira or William Cape(Hiram's brother) and his wife margaret brumley(brumly)
Hiram and Elvira had a son John Cape my gg grandfather,he was married to a Lucinda Irvin, unknown which branch Irvin's she is from, their daughter Anna May was my grandmother.
ALSO, did Illinois have a 1/2 census for 1895? Am interested in Gallatin county perhaps for Lucinda Cape.
