Their e-mail address is mrncar@midwest.net I have a feeling though that you are looking in the wrong county. At the Illinois Statewide Marriage Index online at http://www.cyberdriveillinois.com/departments/archives/genealogy/marrsrch.html I saw only one marriage Crain to Hampton--it was L.W. Crain to Priscilla A. Hampton 3-22-1874, Williamson Co, Vol C pg 371; none of the other marriages you mention appear, although there were a few Beltz in Williamson Co. Good Luck!
