looking for name of a cemetery in or around Marion, IL. My husband's grandmother, Nannie Lane, was buried in a cemetery in or around Marion. We think she died in the 1950's. When my husband was a boy, his father went looking for her grave at a cemetery in this area, he was too young to remember the name of it. The caretaker there said a road had been built through the area were she was buried. Don't know if this was just a road through the cemetery itself or like a highway. If anyone knows of a williamson co. cemetery that had a road built through it probably in the late 1950's or early 60's please list the name of it. Also looking for where I might find the names of nursing homes in williamson county in the 1950's. Any information is greatly appreciated!
