Hi, I don't know if this will help or not....I have a phone book from 1968 for Williamson Co. (I live here)
The nursing homes listed in it are...
Creal Springs Nursing Home..in Creal Springs
Ernfelt Nellie Shelter Care Home...in Johnston City
Fountains Nursing Home...in Marion (that one is still is business)
Hamptons Nursing Home....Herrin
Lee Manor...Marion
Maple House Shelter Care Home...Johnston City
Mattingly Nursing Home...Herrin (the little town of Energy, right next to Herrin had Mattinglys later, it's still in business but now goes by the name Cardinals)
Park Ave. Shelter Care Home....Herrin. (Still in business)

I'm not sure of the Cemetery you may be looking for, but if you find the name of it, I'll be glad to do any searching that you need. Williamson Co. has a LOT of little cemeteries scattered around and some really big ones too.
